The BC Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the launch of the highly anticipated “Addressing the Labour Market Gap Report”, funded by the Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction.

More than 170 delegates from across the province will gather to discuss important issues impacting businesses. 

The BC Chamber of Commerce has released the results of its annual 2022 Collective Perspective survey. For the first time, the results identify both provincial trends and regional differences and similarities on key issues across the province.

“Providing businesses with the opportunity to introduce their products and services to new markets is an important step to help our businesses and our economy grow."

“The Future Ready Action Plan will help businesses hire the right people, with the right skills, at the right time and we are optimistic this plan will foster innovation, help increase productivity and grow our economy."

“As is often the case, government budgets try to carefully balance managing economic realities alongside spending initiatives and policy priorities. This year’s budget is no different."

“We need government, with the support of all MLAs, to develop policies and initiatives aimed at making B.C. a more friendly and welcoming place to run a business.”
