Tess has lived in Whistler for over 20 years and has worked with many businesses through the Sea to Sky Corridor during her time in the area.

After 30 years in management, operations and human resources, Tess has an unwavering dedication to streamlining business’ needs and systems.

A significant part of her work as an independent consultant has been spent building trusting relationships with clients. With an extensive knowledge of HR best practices, strategic business and HR initiatives, Tess is excited to contribute to the BCCC Board of Directors.
