
Acacia Pangilinan
CCEBC REPRESENTATIVE
Acacia Pangilinan is a proud Kamloopsian with a strong background in leadership and a deep commitment to community. As Executive Director of the Kamloops & District Chamber of Commerce and the Merritt & District Chamber of Commerce, she has helped foster a culture of collaboration and inclusivity across the Chamber, the region, and the broader Chamber network.
Under her leadership, the Chamber has grown its membership and strengthened its role in supporting local businesses and driving community engagement. She believes in the value of connection and works to ensure businesses and individuals alike feel supported and empowered.
Acacia currently serves as President of the Chamber of Commerce Executives of BC and has been on the Board since 2021. She is also Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce Executives of Canada and a member of the Canadian Chamber’s Inclusive Growth Committee (formerly the Council for Women’s Advocacy). Since 2012, she has shared her passion for mentorship by helping youth build confidence in public speaking and presentation skills.
Her work has been recognized provincially and nationally. In 2021, she was named to BC Business magazine’s Top 30 Under 30, and in 2024, she was honoured as Executive of the Year by the Chamber of Commerce Executives of Canada in the Chambers with 500–999 member category.
