Melissa Pace is the Director of Member Experience at the BC Chamber of Commerce, where she leads initiatives that strengthen connection, capacity and collaboration across B.C.’s network of over 85 chambers of commerce and boards of trade, representing 32,000 businesses.

A Certified Leadership Coach, Melissa works closely with chamber executives and their teams to understand their unique priorities, navigate challenges and strengthen their leadership capacity. She provides individualized support, facilitates meaningful conversations and creates opportunities for chamber leaders to connect, exchange knowledge and learn from one another. By maintaining strong relationships across the province, Melissa helps ensure the experiences and perspectives of local chambers inform how the BC Chamber supports and serves its network.

Before joining the BC Chamber, Melissa served for six years as CEO of the Whistler Chamber of Commerce. Her broader career spans chamber leadership, tourism, hospitality, entrepreneurship, coaching and community development. Known for building trusted relationships and bringing people together, Melissa is passionate about cultivating a connected, capable and influential chamber network across British Columbia.
