Kiran Rai is a marketing and communications leader with a decade of experience across real estate, hospitality, and community-driven organizations.

She began her career in real estate at Macdonald Platinum Marketing, leading multi-home presale marketing campaigns before moving into hospitality communications at SMC, where she worked with top Vancouver restaurant brands including Tacofino, Cafe Medina and Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar. She went on to drive go-to-market strategy at MLA Canada for a range of Metro Vancouver’s leading developers, before managing brand, marketing, and events across multiple large-scale projects at Bosa Properties, partnering across teams to bring campaigns and customer experiences to life.
