Kim currently enjoys living and working in the Lower Mainland and brings over 15 years of experience in the HR field, in the consulting and forest products sectors. With a strong background in strategic planning and human resources, Kim is dedicated to sustainable economic development. She understands that empowering businesses is essential for creating robust local economies, generating jobs, and fostering sustainable community development.
Throughout her career, Kim has collaborated with businesses of all sizes to address talent attraction and development challenges across the province. She leverages her extensive expertise in HR best practices to deliver results on strategic priorities.
Kim is passionate about not just the work itself, but also the dedicated people who make it all happen. She excels at driving alignment between the mission and the individuals driving it.
