He is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in  leadership roles in trade, transportation, investment attraction, and economic development across the province.   His career has been deeply rooted in communities throughout the north and interior of the province, where he’s developed a profound understanding  of British Columbia’s diverse and complex tapestry of interests.

Ken has previously served in senior leadership roles at the Prince Rupert Port Authority over the last decade, overseeing government affairs, indigenous and community relations, corporate communications, and environmental planning and sustainability. His experience includes realizing several major Canadian trade infrastructure projects in one of the country’s most culturally and ecologically sensitive regions, while successfully navigating a complex regulatory landscape and building trust across stakeholders.

Born and raised in BC, Ken continues to call beautiful Prince Rupert home.  He earned a degree in Finance and Economics from Simon Fraser University, and is actively involved in several community and business organizations.
