Lynne Williams is the Program Specialist for Conservation Education and Outreach in the Conservation and Energy Management department at FortisBC. She has worked on several behaviour change and education outreach campaigns, programs and projects for schools from grades K-12 and post-secondary institutions. Lynne has partnered with sustainability organizations such as GreenStep Solutions to provide hard to reach small business markets education and resources for reducing energy consumption and meeting carbon reduction goals. She also works in partnership with BC Hydro to manage the Energy Wise Network which has supported over 50 organizations Energy Managers, Energy Specialists and Sustainability Professionals in BC to incorporate behaviour change strategies to implement successful workplace energy efficiency and conservation campaigns.

Lynne has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from TRU and certification in Community Based Social Marketing. She brings over 25 years of marketing, relationship building and strategic planning experience and knowledge to support behaviour change and DSM programs for community partners and educators.
